GSA Building Roof Replacement
This project was completed moths ahead of schedule for GSA and involved replacement of the existing modified bitumen roofing system totaling approximately 10,000 square feet on the main roof area of a government building with a new thermoplastic PVC Kee roofing over a glass-mat cover board and tapered insulation. New roof drains were added and the existing roof drains were replaced. A fall protection system was installed on the roof consisting of anchor points and a horizontal lifeline system for attaching a personal fall arrest system to comply with OSHA requirements. The existing lightning protection system was removed and replaced.

CMS BOC Phase II
Multi-Phase Project
Successfully renovated four separate areas within the CMS Campus in multiple phases, covering a total of 41,000+ square feet. The project encompassed office spaces, common areas, restrooms, and the main lobby, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.
Scope of work included:
✔ Full demolition of existing structures
✔ MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) rework to modern standards
✔ Custom finishes tailored to the client's vision
✔ Seamless execution across multiple phases to ensure minimal disruption
This transformation significantly improved the usability and visual appeal of the facility, aligning with the client's operational and design goals.

Government Campus Parking Lighting & Underground Infrastructure Replacement
Replacement of all parking-area site lighting, camera's and emergency power and fiber optics, and the associated underground raceways and circuitry. Scope included over 6,400 cu yd of excavation for duct bank and pole bases, installation of over 30,000 ln ft of concrete encased duct bank, over 43 miles of wire installed, installation of 270 pre-cast pole bases, and installation of over 330 light heads 35 emergency phones, and 30 security camera's.

SSA Cooling Towers
DCI coordinated for the replacement of (4) cooling towers, (6) air cooled fluid coolers, and the installation of a chiller plant optimization system to the existing chilled water/condenser controls system.
The project included the replacement of all associated structural steel platforms, electrical conduits, feeders, and equipment. DCI provided variable frequency drives for cooling tower fans and upgrade all tower controls.
DCI coordinated and provided testing, adjusting, balancing, and assistance with commissioning activities.
